The objective of Chef Middle East LLC is to satisfy our customers’ needs in all respects  relating to the quality, safety, specification and delivery of our food and related products. Accordingly, we are proud to hold both ISO 9001:2008 and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) certification.

Developed by the International Organization for Standardization, the ISO 9001:2000 quality management system standard provides assurance about Chef Middle East LLC’s ability to satisfy quality requirements and to enhance customer satisfaction in our supplier-customer relationships.

Essentially a management system standard, HACCP is based on a preventative approach to food safety. It is a very exacting, modern, science-based system to ensure safe food production and handling; and is applied at all stages of food production and preparation processes, including packaging and distribution.

These standards govern our operating policies, which start with the management team being fully committed to ensuring the integrity and safety of all food products whilst under the care of Chef Middle East LLC. This starts with receipt of products and continues right through to storage distribution and acceptance by our customers.

Our aim is to be our customers’ first choice supplier for the range of products that we offer, based on our reliability, courtesy and ease of doing business. To this end, we are committed to continual improvement by setting improvement objectives based on our experience, customer and staff input; and monitoring our progress towards these goals.
