Last night, Chef Middle East launched a one-of-a-kind event to showcase their Italian product range to F&B professionals in the UAE, stepping into the Italian culinary community with great success.
In partnership with the Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management in Dubai, Chef Middle East hosted their first “Aperitivo All’Italiana” event on Tuesday 27th February 2018 at the Academy itself, a superb venue facing the iconic Burj Al Arab. Roberto Coluccino, Mediterranean Category Manager at Chef Middle East and the organizing team were aiming at providing their customers and potential customers with a platform to meet and introduced their full range of Italian high-quality products. All the ingredients for a perfect Italian night were there; from the live Pizza session to showcase the flours from Molini Pizzuti and antipasti from La Corvinia brands to a fantastic display of Galbani cheeses and cold cuts, and the Dolomia water and Italian drinks to accompany all the great pass-around bites.
Chef Middle East team was pleased with the high level of attendance and is already preparing for their next Category-themed event, this time to highlight their Spanish range of products from Olmeda Origenes. “La Hora Feliz” event will be hosted at the Academy on Tuesday 13th March 2018 from 7pm to 10pm. A not-to-miss appointment for all the Chefs in town who work with Spanish ingredients in their kitchens to discover some of the best tapas, cheeses, cold cuts and live paella with guest Chef Luis Ezqueta.
