Last night, Chef Middle East went “Spanish” for the evening and launched a unique event to showcase their Spanish product range to F&B professionals in the UAE, getting involved in the Spanish culinary scene and successfully demonstrating their leadership on the market.
For the second edition of their “Themed-night” culinary events in partnership with the Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management in Dubai, Chef Middle East went “Spanish” for the evening and hosted “La Hora Feliz” event on Tuesday 13th March 2018 at the Academy on Jumeirah, a stunning roof top venue facing the iconic Burj Al Arab.
To bring this event to life, Chef Middle East teamed up with their exclusive Spanish brand, Olmeda Orígenes, represented by the energetic Jesus Pelaez who flew directly from Spain for the occasion. This is a genuine Spanish brand which has inherited the natural and artisan flavors of Spanish food tradition. Exceptional gastronomy which reflects the bounty of their land. Good cooking is simple and that is what they are searching for. Traditions in production, deep understanding of raw material refinement and generations of knowledge, these are few of the criteria that help in forming part of truly great ingredients which will set Chef Middle East’s customers apart and place them a step above the rest.
During the evening, an array of authentic and traditional Spanish ingredients were showcased for tasting such as the popular tapas, a selection of the most delicious cheeses and cold cuts and of course the not-to-be-missed seafood paella prepared live by the exceptional Chef Luis Ezqueta.. in brief, some of the best dishes Spanish cuisine has to offer!
Chef Middle East organizing team was, once again, very pleased with the great turnout and is already preparing for their next Category-themed event, this time to highlight their Seafood and Asian range of products. This event will be hosted at the Academy on Tuesday 17th April 2018 from 7pm to 10pm.
