To close off the season of their series of “Themed-Night” culinary events in partnership with the Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management, Chef Middle East launched their Sea’Fusion Night event with a strong focus on their range of Seafood and Asian ingredients.
For that last event of the season before the summer heat, Chef Middle East organized another unique event for the local F&B professional’s community to showcase their range of fresh and frozen seafood and Asian ingredients with the launch of two new brands within the distributor’s portfolio; Frime Barcelona, the highest quality frozen tuna steaks from Spain and TSK Foods from Singapore, with a special line of noodles ideal to prepare a wide range of speciality Asian dishes.
Once more with the partnership of the Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management and the support of Jumeirah Hospitality, the Sea’Fusion night event was a great success with the highest level of attendance since the beginning of this season of events.
Various live cooking stations were set-up to best present the products; from the seafood display with fresh oysters tasting to the smoked fish buffet and the live sushi and sashimi station with Frime consultant Chef; from the bar section with a great selection of exclusive cocktails prepared by a master mixologist to the presence of guest Chef Jean’s and her live cooking station with Laksa and Hokkien Mee, your typical Singaporean Noodles dishes; all the ingredients were there to make this evening a very special one for all the guests who attended.
Chef Middle East team has already started preparing for their yearly event Taste of Autumn 2018, to be held in October across all their branches in the region.
Stay tuned for more info on the launch of this grand event!
