Chef Middle East, in collaboration with leading Seafood and Asian brands, Jan Van As, Pasapesca, Fukusuke, Mizkan, and Shefu hosted a dinner series “SEAsia” at the trendy and authentic Japanese restaurant Mimi Kakushi in Dubai.
Guests enjoyed a world-class dinner, specially crafted for them by Mimi Kakushi’s resident Head Chef Vladimir Kim, and that gathered renowned UAE-based F&B professionals. A celebration of rich and diverse cuisines with meticulously refined and elevated recipes using the finest Asian ingredients and freshest Seafood.
Customers got to savour signature dishes, including smashed Hamachi with yuzu guacamole and garlic yuzu soy, Hokkaido scallop with a citrus seaweed butter, grilled jumbo prawns with a sweet chilli glaze, oven baked sweet miso marinated black cod with citrus miso sauce and much more.
