Chef Middle East Calls Upon the UAE’s Best Bar Stars to Compete and Win a Trip to France
4 November 2022, Dubai, UAE: Chef Middle East – a leading foodservice distributor in the Middle East – proudly announces the launch of their flagship event ‘The Bar Craft Challenge 2022’ marking it as the 3rd season of the annual beverage competition that brings together the UAE’s mixology best talents to compete for a grand prize.
In collaboration with Les vergers Boiron (premium fruit purees from France), Fentimans (UK-based botanically brewed beverages), and Path Bar School, this competition seeks to crown the Bar Stars of 2022 who will present a range of drink creations that reflect originality, technicality, and passion. The competition aims to empower bar professionals to break the barriers of what is possible within the realms of mixology.
The exciting competition will see 2 elimination rounds, leading to the grand finale which will be held on the 14th of December 2022 at an exciting venue, yet to be revealed. The competition is now open for registrations and interested contenders can sign up here to participate in the first elimination round – submissions will be accepted until 14th November 2022!
For this season, Chef Middle East has partnered with a panel of industry experts to judge the final rounds of the competition. The semi-finalists will get the chance to showcase and present their drinks, in person, to none other than Francesco Galdi (Global Beverage Director at Buddha Bar) and Kneale Brown (Marketing Manager at Belgian Speciality Beers).
From this, 6 finalists will compete to showcase their drinks to a jury panel of renowned beverage professionals, including the guest of honour Max La Rocca (International Bar Competitions and Hospitality Trainer), and only one will be victoriously crowned the winner of The Bar Craft Challenge 2022 and win the grand prize – an amazing trip to France!
